VCU is where I've gone for my cancer treatment and stem cell transplant. The care I've received there has been amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I live on the banks of the Chesapeake Bay in Mathews - about 1.5 hours from Richmond. I'm from Midlothian. My children, my sister and two of my brothers still live in the area so I'm there all the time. I love the city!
Good to hear from you. I have been absent myself but for different reasons. I decide to take some classes. I am also at Emory now and I totally understand all that you wrote about the differences between clinics. I am still seeing an oncologist every 3 months. I am back on lupron and am taking exemestane now. And I am also still "stable". Work and life is keeping me busy.
I am very glad to read your blog. I was thinking about you and wondering how you were doing last week. Anyway, Take it easy this Fall season. Sounds like you had a lot going on this summer. TN to VA is a haul. Sit back and enjoy your family and new home.
Heeeey, Rudy's back.
"...but she had me doing too well to fully qualify."
You just go ahead and keep it that way.
Looking forward to seeing that rock opera finished, too!
The rock opera is going to CHANGE EVERYTHING.
You won't believe what this Rock Opera did. Track #6 will surprise you.
