Listen now | She's worked with Prince, David Byrne, and many more. Then she left the recording industry to focus on science. I'm posting my interview with her from last year to see what Substack is capable of.
I got through the first 15 minutes or so, and then the podcast sort of paused. I had to hit play again, and got another 15 mins or so before another pause. I wasn't sure if it was going to stop for good or just pause.
I was using the regular version of Substack, not the app (mobile), if that helps. I'm not sure it does.
I did get up to the point about meeting and recording Prince, though! That was priceless.
How do you think the platform works for podcasts so far? I'll bookmark this one to listen to later, in case you're looking for specific feedback on sound quality or anything like that.
I dunno yet but I noticed that there are a few people posting them so I wanted to see what user experience was like.

Thanks for the feedback. I think this platform might be good for shorter form like 10-20 minutes so people can listen while they’re catching up.
I think that's probably ideal, especially since many folks will probably use the feature to summarize their article.
